I was very impressed with the... knowledge Dave had. He was very kind accommodating and personable! Our furnace had not been working for a week after we had gotten home from vacation. When we called they came out the next day for about an 1 1/2hr assessment and actually ended up installing our brand new furnace later on that same day. It took them about 6 hours and they didn’t leave until around 9pm on a Friday night. What a blessing that was! Funny how 53 isn’t that cold unless that only as high the temp gets inside ones home. Dave is great to work with.... When I called with issues his response was timely. He answered all my questions and presented me with options.
